Just made a biiig salad to have with my lunch and I like the feeling of being back in control of what I’m eating and not mindlessly snacking on things I know I don’t want/ need :)
Might meet up with B later, part of me is wanting to avoid it because if we go out for dinner I’m worried that I’ll blow my intake for today. Trying to remind myself to stop being silly. My friends are more important than my insecurities, it’s not realistic to be a hermit just because I think my willpower isn’t strong enough to socialise.

No, I’m not qualified in anything like that! My brother is a personal trainer though so I’ve learned a lot from him :) but my health/ nutrition/ fitness knowledge is all based on personal experience and things I’ve picked up over the years.
